- Assist
with website pre-launch or re-design efforts
- Add/change/delete
content, products and categories, trade related items, etc.
- Manage
stock reports and online inventories.
- Assist
with self fulfillment or fulfillment house order issues.
E-mail Marketing
Management:
- Create and
maintain annual email marketing calendar or work with client’s existing
e-mail marketing calendar and marketing efforts to ensure
consistent execution of e-mail campaigns and other promotional efforts.
- Create
email blasts including layout, images and copy using in house platform
or 3rd party (Vertical Response, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Send the
email blasts and manage replies and bounces. Attempt to update bounced
emails.
- Create
reports analyzing the results of the email blasts.
Wine Club Management:
- Send pre-shipment email to members for each
club
shipment
- Assist with inventory and fulfillment house
processing (as needed)
- Process Wine Club credit card batches.
- Run declined credit card reports and alert
customers
via email/phone/mail
- Create shipment file and tasting room pickup
lists as
needed.
- Follow up with pickup members to ensure timely
pickup
of orders.
- Handle returns and re-shipments.
- Customer Email and Phone support
Allocation Management:
- Create
allocation season task list and calendar
- Mail and email
copywriting, database management, printing, mailing
- Setting
allocation packages and assign allocation tiers
- Manage email
schedule during allocation season
- Process
orders and assist with customer phone and email support.
Marketing
and Business Development:
- Seek out
new online business development opportunities and assist with current
programs.
- Assist
with creating promotions for both tasting room and online to increase
mailing list and sales.
- Post and
maintain events and link outs to industry related sites (ie. Local Wine
Events, SocialDomain, etc)
- Assist
with Search Engine Optimization SEO, SEM and Social Networking efforts
- Google
Analytics Tracking and Analysis
